It has delicate aromatics with chocolate and brown sugar.
This is air-roasted on our Artisan-X roaster which produces this coffee with medium acidity, and a silky body, with a lemony finish.
The tasting notes are a sweet flavor with notes of lemongrass, dried fruit and vanilla.
We roast this to a rolling first crack.
This is a single origin Honduras coffee, 100% Arabica with no flavors added.
