This is an Ethiopian Yirgasheffe we have been working on since January of 20.
This coffee has a medium acidity and a smooth body.
This has been my daily go to for the past month, I brew mine in a drip coffee maker at home.
As with many of our single origin coffees, we tend to roast this light, just after first crack. The lighter roasts maintain the individual characteristics of the coffee.
We roast this on our smaller Fluid Bed Artisan X roaster.
