This coffee is grown between 1850 and 2050 meters in the Rift Valley, Kericho region.
It's a fully washed, sun-dried, the the following tasting notes: Dark chocolate, lime, winey, and black currant, with a tasting score of 87.
We take this to a light-medium roast just after First Crack, using our smaller Fluid Bed Artisan X roaster.
