Guatemala Santo Domingo

A few days ago we received a lot of Guatemala Santo Domingo SHB.  We always keep a good Guatemalan coffee around, it's a good base coffee for many of our blends.

When I cupped it today I was surprised by the fruitiness.  As always this coffee has good body and finish, the fruitiness was just an added bonus, not over powering by any means.

I like to take this to a light City roast to highlight the natural flavors.  This is a good coffee to enjoy in the afternoon when you want something lighter.

If you're in the mood to try something new, but don't want to deviate too far from our standard House Blend, this is a good place to start.
