Raptis Coffee Roasting Company

We are a full size coffee roasting and packaging facility located in Warren, Ohio.  We service local restaurants and offices in the Youngstown - Warren area.  We also service individual customers with our coffee on the shelves of local supermarkets, and via our online catalog.  We ship all over the US with UPS.

Our primary focus is private label and wholesale coffee.  We ship single pallets or full truckloads all over the United States.  Our current production capacity is 3,000 lbs a day, though a new roaster we are installing will increase that to 10,000 - 12,000 lbs per day.  

We can package the following sizes:

• Pillow pouches (such as 42 x 1.5 oz), from 1oz to 3oz in 4-inch bags.  We also have 6-inch bags for coffee from 5oz to 16oz.  We can print a 200 dpi monochrome image on each bag.

• 12 - 16oz Stand up bags for supermarket use.  We have labeling equipment and tin-tie applicators for use with pre-made bags.  These lines can also run 24 - 32oz bags.

• Bulk whole bean.  We package 5lb bags in 5lb, 10lb, and 25lb quantities.  This can be done in smaller quantities with pre-made bags, or large runs on our packaging line.

We have 70+ flavors on stock which can be added to whole bean or ground coffee.  We can also work with our flavor provider to come up with almost any flavor additives you can imagine.

We can work with our film suppliers to match your current packaging film, or make new from scratch.

We do not currently supply customized coffee (wedding gifts, corporate logos for events). 

Our main roaster is a Sivetz Fluid Bed.  This is a unique roaster in that it does not use a traditional drum to move the coffee around during processing.  The fluid bed roaster produces a much more uniform roast, and can more accurately match batches from roast to roast.

Raptis Coffee is a family owned business started in 1989 with a partner by Ilias Raptis.  In 1995 we took on the name Raptis Coffee which from then on was owned 100% by the family.  Since 2002 the daily operations of the business have been taken over by the kids, George and Fotini Raptis.
