

We just received our first shipment of Bob-O-Link coffee. This coffee is produced with sustainable agricultural methods that embrace the concept of man living in harmony with nature.
Bob-O-Link coffee is a blend created by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF). They selected a group of small family farmers from the Mountain Mogiana region. It is grown at altitudes ranging from 3,200 to 4,200 feet above sea level with the varieties of Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Catuai. This coffee is picked selectively and dried naturally.
On the nose, this coffee has a powerful fruity aroma, reminiscent of berries and banana. In taste it is complex, with mild citric acidity, creamy consistency, chocolate notes and sweetness like marzipan.
