Today we received a sample of Dominican Gold Coffee. We brewed up a couple of batches and did a quick tasting, I plan to do a full tasting on Monday after the coffee has had a chance to set.
I found the coffee to be very rich and chocolatey, it is well balanced and has a natural sweetness. Overall I liked it, after a full cupping on Monday, we will decide if we should carry it and add it to our store.
