The article states that the best benefits come from the green beans ground up and made into an extract, but you also get the benefit from a regular cup of coffee, just not as concentrated. If your like me and you love coffee, you won't have a problem reaching the 3 to 4 cups a day they recommend.
The author of this article is calling coffee a "superfood", which he describes as a food going well beyond simply providing some nutritional value when you eat it.
