Shipping
  Our orders are shipped daily via UPS.  Our online orders are made fresh, they are not pulled from stock, meaning our lead times may be a little longer than you may expect.  Most orders ship out the next business day, but certain roasts or blends could take an extra day or two. 
  We use UPS rates to calculate shipping costs, we do not add additional charges. 

Return Policy
  If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we will either replace the item, or refund it for you.  Please dont hesitate to contact us (330) 399-7011.  We are a small family owned company, and so our customer service department is also the roast master, and order filler, accountant, ect, so please dont be discouraged if we dont answer youre call right away.
